He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the founding member of the firm with over 55 years of rich experience in almost every aspect of auditing and income tax. He has expertise in audits of listed as well as unlisted companies under the Companies Act, 2013, Income Tax Act, 1961 and other allied laws. He has extensive experience in representing cases before Appellate authorities. Through his far-sighted and visionary approach, he has steered the firm to its current standing by providing end to end solutions under various regulations under one umbrella during his tenure and continues to do so even today. His strength lies in maintaining the integrity and delivering satisfying services to the clients.

He has a very good academic beginning and has worked for the investment banking division of Deutsche Bank after qualifying and has been in practice since 2011. He has wide experience of conducting Income Tax, Company regulatory matters, Statutory and Internal Audits, finalization of Listed Public sector companies and private Companies Accounts, Bank Audits including Branch Statutory, Concurrent, Income Leakage, and Stock Audits. He has handled various assignments related to project finance, valuation, FinanceManagement, etc. With the advent of GST, he has been practicing in the field and has rich experience of Indirect taxes as well. He has been instrumental in handling various start-up companies from scratch and implementing processes and procedures and working as a Virtual CFO for the same.

He is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in Nov 2010, he joined LIC Housing Finance Limited and since then for a period of three and half years, he was engaged in various departments like Project Finance, Corporate PlanningCredit Appraisal Risk Management. After gaining vast experience during his service period in LICHFL, he joined as a partner and brings with him his wide experience in the field of Project Finance, Budgeting and forecasting, Lease Rental Distribution (LRD), Financial Forecasting, etc. He has been working with various NBFCs in terms of setting up, fund management, etc., and has a vast knowledge of corporate finance and regulatory compliances thereof.

He is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is having experience of over 7 years in the industry in Accounting, Strategic & Financial Planning, Budgeting, Business Support, Project Implementation, Project Finance, MIS, Corporate Finance, Working Capital Finance, Auditing, and Taxation, etc., Concurrent Audit and Stock Audit of Banks. He handles Income Tax compliance for corporates as well as individuals. He has vast experience in various laws and has recently qualified as a Forensic Auditor and Fraud Detector. He is a Committee Member of the Surat Branch of WIRC of ICAI for the term 2019-2022. He brings under him a variety of services which he is able to provide due to his constant learning and experience.

After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in Nov 2011, he joined LIC Housing Finance Limited and handling Finance and Treasury Operation of LIC HFL. After gaining vast experience during 4 years 6 Month of his service period in LIC HFL, he joined the firm. He has wide experience in handling audits of companies and banks. Regulatory knowledge of housing finance companies, banking companies, etc. He has a energetic approach towards work and forays into new areas of the profession. He looks after the Ratlam branch of the firm.

After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in May 2011, he joined PWC as an Senior consultant in Internal Audit Department gaining experience of 2years. Later on he joined Axis Risk Consultant and Oxford University press India as a Manager – Business process improvement. He is having good experience of internal audit and risk management and also having vast knowledge of Business process re-engineering. He looks after the Kota branch of the firm.
